So...I just got back from Tokyo. I wish I could say that I had been there for months and that is why I haven't had a single post but it's not... my reason is none of your business. Just kidding, I don't have a reason. That just sounded a lot more badass. Tokyo was hotter than I expected and I didn't get the memo that everyone wears "summer leggings". I wore shorts most of the time unless I knew we'd be in air conditioning most of the day. Oh, and please excuse my flat sweaty hair, like I said, it was hot. Above is the view from my hotel, which also happened to house Lady Gaga in all her glory. Below are the amazing mini cakes sold in the bakery. Ahhh, Tokyo you pay such close attention to detail.
p.s. I don't speak Japanese. I was limited to yes, no, excuse me, sorry, hello, good bye and will you marry me. (don't ask)

p.s. the presentation of japanese food is just fucking phenomenal. i don't even think i'd wan to eat the cakes (SHOCKER!). they are gorgeous.
